Training

For many years Van Der Ploeg International B.V. has a perfect working relationship with the world famous Dairy Training Centre Friesland. In this centre special job-oriented courses are provided, tailored to the specific needs of management and staff of dairy enterprises outside the Netherlands.

The teaching philosophy of the centre is simple but effictive: "Learnings things by doing them in practice".

Van der Ploeg also give training at the site. A dairy technologist will go the project and will give all his know-how and knowledge of milk processing and processing other dairy products such as hard yellow cheese, soft white cheese, cream cheese, cream, set- and stirred yoghurt, iran, buttermilk, butter, etc. etc. to the local people.
