The study was executed in co-operation with Danone. The main objective of the study was to start a profitable business, by means of the production of first class milk in Romania. And to assist Danone to set-up a reliable system of milk supply. Danone requires big amounts of milk for their factory in Bucarest. The set-up of commercial farms is the best way to supply the required quality and quantity.
